Nexicore manages a network of over 2,000 service technicians that provide quality, on site repair for both Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty and extended warranty service contract policy holders. Nexicore specializes in troubleshooting, installation, connectivity, configuration, upgrades and repairs of desktop personal computers, printers and associated peripheral devices.
Company History
Nexicore Services, and its parent company Hartford Computer Group, is a diversified computer services company headquartered in Los Angeles and Chicago. Originally founded in 1986 as a computer hardware leasing company, Hartford Computer Group and Nexicore have evolved steadily over the past two decades along with the ever-changing landscape of technology services in the United States. Today, Nexicore’s 400 employees operate out of five locations in the U.S. and Canada. Together, the five offices provide a comprehensive suite of IT services: hardware reselling; depot repair; onsite services; computer parts distribution; and hardware liquidation and disposal.
