Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Project Manager (f/m/div) for the development of sophisticated ASICs for consumer electronics products. You will lead technically complex projects, manage international teams, and work closely with external partners, including semiconductor foundries. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of technology:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional, international team, fostering a collaborative environment
As a central contact person you coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders, including foundry business partners
Strategically manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure every project is optimized for success
Within the dedicated projects you take ownership for targets with respect to scope, time, quality and budget
Backed up from management and relevant stakeholders you get the resources to steer the projects successfully
Qualifications
Personality: Enthusiastic and creative team player, willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, assertive and analytical
Working Style: Quality oriented, independent working style; clear and stake-holder oriented communication
Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semi-conductor processes required; minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and several years of experiences in leadings a team in technical projects
Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills beneficial
Education: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification
